Flavour first, always fun
What makes our sauces special is that they’re built the same way we built CW Coop’s — by chasing flavour first and making it fun. We’ve spent years creating and tweaking over 100 wing flavours, mixing in-house until each one hits that “one more wing” sweet spot. Nothing is random: we test, adjust, and re-test so the flavour stays consistent whether you’re having it on wings in the pub or taking a bottle home.
The secret is in the process
There isn’t one single “secret ingredient” — the secret is the process: small-batch mixing, real ingredients, and obsessive taste testing. A lot of our best flavours started as staff contests or customer dares, then became house favourites (and yes, some of them have names that came straight from wing-night chaos). Now we’re bottling a few of the fan favourites so you can bring the Coop’s home — wings, burgers, fries, pizza… if it needs sauce, we’ve got you.
