From Pub to Pantry: our story begins
CW Coop’s is a family-run spot in Angus and Barrie, Ontario, built around one simple idea: create a place where people can walk in, feel instantly welcome, and leave with a full belly and a better mood. Over time it grew into a real community hub — the kind of place that brings people together for live music, laughs, celebrations, fundraisers, and those “we needed a night out” moments. It’s always been about connection first, food second… and then a whole lot of fun on top of that.
What makes our sauces stand out is that they’re made with the same attitude as the rest of CW Coop’s: bold, playful, and not afraid to be a little wild. We’ve built a lineup of 100+ flavours that aren’t just heat-forward — they’re flavour-forward. Big taste, layered profiles, and enough variety that everyone finds a favourite (and then argues with their friends about which one’s the best). So the heart of Coop’s is community and good times — and our sauces are the loud, saucy signature that keeps people coming back for “just one more flavour.”
